We Are Hiring: CRM & Telecalling Specialist

Are you great with people, proactive with phone calls, and skilled at converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings? We are looking for an energetic, organized CRM Executive to manage incoming leads and handle customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Promptly respond to incoming leads from Instagram, direct phone calls, and web inquiries.

Perform structured cold/warm calling and follow up consistently with potential clients.

Log, update, and manage all lead data cleanly in our CRM system/tracking sheet.

Understand client requirements, share packages/details, and schedule site visits or consultations.

Maintain positive client relationships to maximize conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For





Robust verbal communication and active listening skills in Hindi and English.

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or hospitality/event lead handling preferred.

High consistency in daily follow-ups and pipeline management.

Basic proficiency with CRM software, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.

Location: On-site / Office-based
