About the role:

Ouna is a new matcha-only cafe opening in Indiranagar. We're looking for one warm, friendly team member to join us as our first hire. You'll be preparing drinks, greeting customers, and helping run a small, cozy 7-seat cafe alongside the owner.

What you'll do:

- Prepare matcha drinks (we'll teach you everything — whisking, recipes, all of it)

- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly, caring attitude

- Handle billing and keep the cafe clean and organized

- Help manage stock and daily opening/closing

What we're looking for:

- Fluent English speaker (comfortable talking with customers)

- Warm, caring, genuinely likes people

- Reliable and punctual
