Inside Sales Executive – Travel & Adventure

About the Job

Thripzel is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings for our treks, weekend trips and group tours.

You will be responsible for calling leads, following up with interested customers, answering their questions and closing bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Explain trek/trip packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions and booking process.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads regularly.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team when required.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable making sales calls and talking to recent customers.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Kannada is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Experience in inside sales, telecalling, travel sales, hospitality or B2C sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
