We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Bluxury Salon and ensure excellent customer service and smooth salon functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily salon operations, staff and work schedules.

* Supervise and motivate salon staff to achieve performance targets.

* Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

* Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.

* Monitor appointments, bookings and daily sales.

* Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards are maintained.

* Track staff attendance, performance and discipline.

* Support sales, promotions and customer retention activities.





* Maintain daily reports for sales, expenses and salon operations.

* Coordinate with the owner/management regarding business performance and requirements.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in salon management or a similar role preferred.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

* Knowledge of salon services and beauty industry operations.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Qualified, responsible and target-oriented attitude.
