? Salary & Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 Per Month (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000+ (High-earning potential based on performance)

? Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, or above
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Candidates with Microfinance (MFI) industry experience will get top priority.
- Age Limit: 25 to 40 Years
- Mandatory Requirement: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License (DL).





? Key Responsibilities & Products

- Acquiring new clients and business sourcing.
- Handling Deposit Products: FD, RD, MIS, DRD.
- Handling Loan Products: Microfinance, PL, BL, Gold Loan, Two-Wheeler (TW) Loan.
- Managing end-to-end Loan Disbursement and timely Collection (Recovery).
