We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at our construction sites in Delhi-NCR. This is a hands-on site role, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily work at site and ensure work is done as per drawings, schedule and quality standards.

Manage labour and contractors on site - daily attendance, work allocation and output.

Check and record material received at site, control wastage and maintain stock registers.

Track daily progress and report to the owner or project manager.

Coordinate between masons, carpenters, bar benders, plumbers, electricians and other trades.

Enforce safety rules and keep the site clean and organised.

Measure completed work and help prepare contractor bills and measurement sheets.

Handle local coordination and small site purchases as required.

Requirements:





Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on residential or commercial construction sites.

Able to read basic construction drawings and take site measurements.

Positive understanding of RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring and finishing work.

Able to manage labour and get work completed on time.

Comfortable sending daily site updates and photos on WhatsApp.

12th pass or above. ITI or Diploma in Civil is an added advantage.

Must be based in Delhi-NCR and willing to travel between sites.

Job Details:

Full time, site-based role in Delhi-NCR.

Salary Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month depending on experience.
