Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Job Purpose

To achieve sales targets by understanding customer requirements, providing suitable product solutions, developing customer relationships, and ensuring a positive showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits effectively.

Handle sales of Tiles, Bath & Sanitaryware, Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, Interior Products, Windows, and related products.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders and payments.

Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Accounts, and Delivery teams for smooth order processing.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.





Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of monthly sales targets.

Lead conversion and follow-up efficiency.

New customer acquisition.

Customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Accuracy of quotations and order processing.

Regular CRM/ERP updates.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: As per company standards + performance incentives
