We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team at Zostel Delhi. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and common areas, while contributing to an engaging and community-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms daily
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest areas and common spaces
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms
Manage laundry for guest linens and staff uniforms
Restock housekeeping inventory and supplies
Assist guests with luggage when needed
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Manager
Maintain high hygiene standards and follow SOPs
Support event and activity setup during special occasions
