Job Profile

- As a HR Executive will be based at Factory / Manufacturing near Ratnagiri and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations , Payroll, Statutory Compliance at Plant level having 80-100 employee.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave and shift management.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable labour compliances.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, HR documentation, personnel files and HR databases accurately.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing employee on boarding, joining formalities, and induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling employee queries, grievances and employee relations at the plant.




- The candidate will be responsible for preparing HR MIS, attendance reports, payroll reports and other management reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with employees, plant management, finance, external consultants and government authorities for smooth HR operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

He should have 56 years of good experience in HR Operations, Payroll and Statutory Compliance at plant level, around Ratnagiri ,Mahad, LOTE MIDC in Maharashtra.

He should be positive in hands-on experience in Plant-level HR activities, payroll, Attendance and Leave Management.

He should have good knowledge of statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable labour compliances.
