About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced sales professional to drive Program and product renewals by engaging existing customers, understanding their health journey, and helping them continue their progress with personalized solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term customer relationships and maximizing repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive renewals for customised supplements and health programs through consultative selling.
- Engage existing customers via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to improve retention and repeat purchases.
- Understand customer health goals and recommend the most suitable renewal plan.
- Achieve monthly renewal, revenue, and retention targets.
- Work closely with Coaching, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively follow up with customers nearing renewal.





What Were Looking For:

- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retention, renewals, repeat business, or customer lifecycle management.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and retention targets.
- Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, Wellness, Diagnostics, Nutrition, or Healthcare is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing customer pipelines with dashboards.
