- Perform cost analysis and prepare budget reports for senior management review.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers for direct materials (automobile parts) and indirect procurement including CAPEX items.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Manage purchase planning and procurement activities for direct and indirect materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Review purchase requisitions for indirect materials and CAPEX requirements.
- Release purchase orders and ensure timely Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Follow up with suppliers and internal material teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct cost reduction analysis and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present procurement and purchasing reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance.




- Manage purchase, store and inventory operations using SAP MM.
- Monitor inventory control activities including stock management, batch management, FIFO implementation and minimizing operational losses.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports related to procurement and inventory.
- Support QMS and EOHS compliance activities as a Cross Functional Team (CFT) member.

MUST REQUIRED

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM module.
- Strong analytical and cost management abilities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
