We are looking for motivated Tele-Sales Executives who are confident on the phone, good at communication, and driven by results.

What You Will Do
- Call prospective customers and explain Shramii's services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right service.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Share customer feedback with the Shramii team.
- Who We Are Looking ForGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Ability to follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Previous telecalling, telesales,
BPO or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.
- Most importantly, you should be comfortable working in a performance-based incentive model.

Your earning increases with your sales and conversions. Higher performance = higher incentives.
