About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of the backend and web platform of our new FinTech investment and funding application.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable designing the architecture, developing APIs, managing databases and integrating third-party FinTech services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend architecture and REST APIs.
- Develop user registration, authentication, KYC and role-based access systems.
- Build investment/funding, transaction and portfolio-related modules.
- Design and maintain financial transaction and ledger systems.
- Integrate payment gateways, KYC providers, banking APIs and third-party services.
- Develop the Admin Portal and web dashboards.
- Design and maintain databases.
- Implement proper transaction validation, reconciliation and audit trails.
- Ensure data security and secure API architecture.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Flutter Developer.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Node.js/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot or .NET.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices/backend architecture.
- PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Authentication and authorization.
- Payment gateway/API integrations.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Git and CI/CD.
- Docker is an advantage.
- Knowledge of OWASP and secure application development.

Preferred Experience

- 1+ years of software development experience.
- Previous experience in FinTech, banking, lending, NBFC, payments or investment platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience handling financial transactions and transaction reconciliation.
- Experience integrating KYC,



payment or banking APIs.

Important

We are looking for a senior hands-on developer, not just someone who manages a development team.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the technical architecture and building the initial product with minimal supervision.

Qualification

2. Senior Flutter Developer – FinTech Mobile App

Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer – FinTech Mobile Application

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to build and maintain our FinTech investment and funding mobile application for Android and iOS.

You will work closely with the Product Manager and Backend Developer to convert product requirements and UI designs into a secure, reliable and user-friendly mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build Investor, Business/Borrower and Admin-related mobile workflows as required.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement secure login, OTP and authentication.
- Integrate KYC and payment services.
- Develop investment/funding dashboards and transaction history.
- Implement portfolio, returns, notifications and account features.
- Implement secure document upload and storage.
- Integrate push notifications and Firebase services.




- Ensure smooth performance across Android and iOS.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Work with QA to test and release new features.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience developing and publishing Android/iOS applications.

- Maintain a professional, simple and trustworthy FinTech design.
- Work closely with developers for implementation.
