We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field. The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of civil construction, site execution, drawings, quality control, manpower management, and coordination with contractors and other project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project standards.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check quality of workmanship and construction materials used at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and project management teams.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of labour.
