Job DescriptionMorena Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Noida office.

This is a pure customer support profile with NO SALES and NO SALES TARGETS.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries professionally over calls/chat.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain a positive and helpful relationship with customers.
- Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.
- Update customer information and interaction details as required.
