We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Loan Sales Executive to drive business through DSAs, Channel Partners, CAs, Property Consultants, Builders & Direct Clients.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Generate & source Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, CC Limits & Project Finance

* Develop & onboard recent DSAs & referral partners

* Conduct regular client & DSA visits

* Manage customer relationships and loan proposals

* Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Telecalling teams

* Achieve monthly business & revenue targets

* Maintain sales pipeline, visit reports & MIS

? Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience in Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

✅ Strong DSA & channel partner network

✅ Good communication & relationship-building skills

✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

✅ Knowledge of loan products and sourcing
