About the RoleVS Enterprises is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
- Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate background/police verification of recent employees.




- Support attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee-related HR activities.
- Handle candidate/employee queries professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular recruitment follow-ups.

Required Skills:-

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Positive attitude, skilled behaviour, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.
