Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a field sales team for GPay.

? Lead and guide the team in onboarding merchants to the GPay platform

? Monitor daily targets and ensure performance benchmarks are met

? Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team

? Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding protocols

? Handle escalations and ensure smooth field operations

Experience Required:

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QR code sales in any fintech company – mandatory

✅ 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE)

✅ Robust leadership qualities with prior experience managing sales teams (preferred)

? Salary: Up to ₹34,000 CTC + Attractive Performance-based Incentives
