• Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities independently.

• Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, payroll-related work and HR reporting.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and manage employee payment slips.

• Handle billing-related HR/admin work.

• Manage PF and ESIC-related activities.





• Complete candidate joining and onboarding formalities.

• Maintain HR records and documentation.

• Support HR policy implementation and HR reporting.

• Independently manage day-to-day HR tasks.
