Role Overview

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable designing creatives and editing videos

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, understand social media content, and be able to turn marketing ideas, property information and campaign requirements into engaging creatives.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, paid advertising, presentations and other digital channels

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and reels covers.
- Create high-quality creatives for Meta and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Design property-specific marketing materials, brochures, flyers and promotional assets.
- Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create presentations and other marketing collateral when required.




- Maintain consistency in Arch & Ana's visual identity across all communication.
- Adapt creatives into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid advertisements.
- Edit property walkthroughs, project videos, promotional videos and campaign content.
- Create engaging video ads using footage, graphics, text, transitions, music and sound effects.
- Add captions, motion graphics, titles and other visual elements where required.
- Maintain a solid understanding of pacing, composition and storytelling for short-form content.
- Basic photography and video shooting knowledge
