About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Collections Executives to join our Collections team. - Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections.
- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments.
- Educate customers on repayment options and resolve basic payment-related queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex cases as per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telesales.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Preferred CandidateCurrently based in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad).
- Willing to relocate to Jaipur immediately.
