- Manage production schedules for carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metalwork teams
- Coordinate with vendors, check job orders, update trackers every day
- Walk the shop floor, inspect quality, solve problems on the spot
- Arrange materials, hardware, and supplies on time
- Track deliveries and site installations

- Visit client sites for measurements and site markings
- Support sales team in meetings and inspections
- Help with product photoshoots and design reviews
