? Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain dealer/channel partner relationships.

* Identify and generate new business leads.

* Follow up and convert sales leads into business opportunities.

* Handle both office-based and field-based sales activities.

* Develop new dealers and business partners.

* Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

* Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead-to-sale execution.

? Requirements:





* 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in dealer/channel development will be preferred.

* Good lead-generation and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
