Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, supporting the Captain and Supervisors, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist the Captain/Supervisor in managing the assigned section.
- Guide and support junior stewards during daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Check mise-en-place before the start of each shift.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.




- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Support the team during high-volume service and special events.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service.
- Fine-dining experience preferred/mandatory depending on the property.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication is required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
- Presentable personality with excellent grooming.
- Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive team-player and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
