Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing solar sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, conducting customer visits, following up on enquiries, and converting prospects into solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, direct marketing, referrals, local networking, and other sales activities

Visit residential, commercial, and other potential customers to generate solar leads

Explain rooftop solar systems, benefits, pricing, savings, and available government subsidy schemes to customers

Understand customer electricity consumption and identify suitable solar solutions

Coordinate for site surveys and collect required customer/site information

Prepare and follow up on quotations with prospective customers

Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution

Collect market feedback and identify new sales opportunities

Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager Candidate Requirements

0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or a related role

Experience in solar, electrical, construction,



real estate, telecom, or consumer sales is preferred

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply

Good Telugu communication skills; basic English/Hindi will be an advantage

Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Comfortable with daily field travel and customer meetings

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined

Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred Preferred Candidate Profile We are especially looking for candidates who:
