Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer to support site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of civil works. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress.
- Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Take measurements and assist in preparing BOQ, quantity calculations, and work reports.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and execution of projects.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and deviations.




- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance at the site.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction Practices
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Understanding of BOQ and quantity estimation
- Site supervision and contractor coordination
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant site experience
- Candidates with experience in building construction will be preferred.
