Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide information about laboratory/testing services.
- Prepare and share quotations and service details with clients.
- Coordinate sample collection, sample submission and testing schedules.
- Follow up with the laboratory team regarding test status and reports.
- Communicate report completion and delivery to customers.
- Maintain customer records, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and support new customer acquisition.
