Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi

Job Type: Full time | On-Site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month + ₹1,000 incentive + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with doctors and healthcare professionals, explaining our medical courses, generating interest, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel doctors and medical professionals regarding suitable courses and training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain proper records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and clients.
- Negotiate and handle objections to close admissions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for the smooth completion of the admission process.




- Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the company's records/CRM.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable Hindi and basic-to-good English communication.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to make frequent calls and follow up with leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Eligibility Freshers and Experience both can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable with the salary range and Ghitorni, New Delhi location are preferred.
