- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, operators, and administrative staff. Conduct induction and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into company policies and safety protocols.
- Time & Attendance Management: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift rosters, overtime calculations, and leave management for shop-floor and office personnel.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive and safe working environment. Coordinate worker welfare initiatives, canteen facilities, and transport arrangements.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and factory regulations (e.g., Factories Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, and minimum wages). Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits.
- Payroll Support: Assist the accounts and finance department by providing accurate inputs for monthly salary processing, bonus computations, and incentive structures.
- Performance & Training:



Coordinate routine performance evaluations and facilitate training sessions, focusing particularly on industrial safety, quality standards, and skill development.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: MBA in Human Resources / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial plant environment.
- Knowledge Base: Good working knowledge of local labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory-floor dynamics.
- Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both blue-collar workers and senior management. High level of empathy, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR management software/payroll systems.
