Job Description:We are looking for a energetic and confident International Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers to promote products, offers, and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory (any accent is acceptable).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process preferred (freshers with excellent English can also apply).
- Ability to work in a night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
