Job Description:

Guidance Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics for Bengali medium school affiliated with the West Bengal Board and CBSE-affiliated English medium school. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and reside on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics to higher secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per WB Board and CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular classroom sessions, and ensure conceptual clarity.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and maintain lab safety and standards.
- Track and assess students’ academic performance through tests, exams, and continuous assessments.




- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, especially those preparing for board and competitive exams.
- Participate in school cultural activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.

Educational Qualifications:

- M.Sc in Physics
- B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)

Eligibility:

- Freshers with private tuition or coaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable teaching in Bengali medium (WB Board) Or English medium (CBSE) as required.
- Must be willing to relocate and work in a residential school setup.
