Experience Required: 0-2 Years Max
Salary: 15k to 25k NTH + Incentives (depending on Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
