Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine and other job portals
- Search and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment records
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for interview schedules and feedback
- Work on multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure
- Provide regular recruitment status updates

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust candidate screening and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets
- Domestic and international recruitment experience will be preferred
