Job SummaryNoBroker is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, property solutions, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to meet property owners and potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker property solutions.
- Explain NoBroker products, services, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners.
- Negotiate effectively and drive closures within the assigned territory.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and closure.
- Maintain knowledge of the local property market and competitor activities.
- Requirements10th/12th pass or Graduate.
- 6 months–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
