We are looking for an organised, confident, and proactive professional to manage and coordinate conferences, seminars, meetings, and professional events. The candidate will work closely with speakers, delegates, doctors, academicians, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

? Key Responsibilities

? Coordinate conferences, seminars, meetings & events

? Communicate with speakers, delegates & stakeholders

? Handle calls, emails, invitations & follow-ups

? Coordinate venue, logistics & event arrangements

? Support speakers and guests during conferences

? Manage registrations, databases & event documentation

?️ Maintain schedules, reports & official records

? Coordinate with vendors and internal teams





? Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion

? Required Skills

? Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
