About the role

Growthmak (IIM Bengaluru–incubated, Startup India–certified) is hiring Business Development Associates for a fully offline internship in Bangalore. Learn real B2B sales and earn on every deal you help win.

What you'll do

- Find the right companies to reach out to
- Start real conversations and set up meetings
- Get decision-makers onto calls, and grow into closing deals
- Follow up and keep the CRM updated

(Our tools do the heavy lifting — you focus on talking to people.)

What you get

- Commission-only & uncapped: 1–2% on deals you set that close, up to 5% on deals you close
- Hands-on sales training + a 3-day workshop (16–18 Sep)
- Certificate, letter of recommendation & a path to a full-time role

Who can apply

- Based in Bangalore — fully offline, must attend in person
- Freshers welcome; strong spoken & written English
- Comfortable learning recent tools; hungry and coachable
