Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Female Sales Closer to promote and sell photography courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to understand students' requirements, handle queries, overcome objections, and successfully convert leads into course admissions.

- Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for photography courses.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel prospective students and explain course benefits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career prospects, etc.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.




- Coordinate with the counselling and course teams for smooth admissions.

- Ability to understand customer/student requirements.
- Comfortable handling calls and counselling sessions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage.

- Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor / Course Sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in selling educational courses, training programs, or qualified courses is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
