Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising for Alike U products across all major digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads and marketplace advertising.
- Plan and execute sales and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, CPC and conversion rates.
- Test audiences, creatives, offers and campaign strategies.
- Manage retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Track performance through Meta Pixel, GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.
- Robust understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce.
- D2C/FMCG experience preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on profitable sales and ROAS.

Goal: Scale Alike U’s online sales profitably across digital platforms.
