Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans

• Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups

• Generate and schedule site visits

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records





• Achieve monthly lead and site-visit targets

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Robust convincing and follow-up abilities

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

✅ Real estate/inside sales experience will be an advantage

✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

✅ Hindi & English required; Marathi will be an advantage
