What You'll Do

- Consult & Close : Conduct 3-5 Zoom video consultations daily to pitch and close high-ticket fitness programs.
- Manage Leads : Follow up with clients, handle objections, and build solid rapport.
- Hit Targets : Maintain accurate records and consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
- (Note: 100% warm, verified inbound leads; absolutely zero cold calling or lead generation required).

What You Need

- Experience : 6 months to 3 years in sales (high-ticket sales preferred).
- Language : Fluent in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Skills : Presentable, self-driven, and highly comfortable conducting video calls.





Perks & Benefits

- Compensation : ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 fixed/month + up to ₹1 Lakh/month in performance incentives.
- Paid Training Program: Your first 35 days will be a rigorous, hands-on training phase to equip you with our exact high-ticket closing system. During this onboarding period, you will receive 50% of your fixed base salary before graduating to full pay and full incentive eligibility.
