- Profound understanding of Oracle WebLogic Architecture, including clustering and domain configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills in WebLogic environments
- Experience with WebLogic upgrades and patching
- Knowledge of Performance Tuning for WebLogic server components and monitoring
- Effective communication and customer management abilities
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Oracle WebLogic Administrator/Consultant/Support Engineer
- Willingness to be available 24/7 for any urgent support requirements
