Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven BDM with strong IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation experience to acquire new clients, generate revenue, and manage the complete business development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation .
- Acquire clients through Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, networking & referrals .
- Build relationships with HR, TA Leaders, Hiring Managers & decision-makers .
- Manage the complete lead generation → proposal → negotiation → deal closure cycle.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, rate cards & commercial terms .
- Maintain sales pipeline and client activities in CRM .
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement delivery.
- Achieve client acquisition and revenue targets .
