Role Description

** Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience after completion of a Master’s degree **

This is a remote, part-time, contract-based role for a Senior Clinical Psychologist.

The psychologist will:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Develop personalized treatment and care plans
- Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to junior psychologists (as required)
- Contribute to the development and clinical validation of digital self-care modules
- Collaborate with the product and AI teams to ensure clinically sound, outcome-driven care delivery

Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience after completion of a Master’s degree
- M.Phil / PsyD / PhD / Master’s in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Strong foundation in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health Treatment
- Demonstrated experience in psychological testing and assessments
- Experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and developing individualized treatment plans
- Experience in clinical supervision and mentoring is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid license / RCI registration (or relevant jurisdictional license)
- Experience with tele-therapy or digital mental health platforms is a plus
