Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Finance and Accounting courses, with expertise in Auditing, Budget Analysis, Financial Accounting, International Accounting, and/or Forensic Accounting .
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centric learning experiences.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and internship activities.
- Develop and continuously enhance course content, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals .




- Collaborate with faculty on research, academic initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional academic development.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Strong research orientation with a positive publication record .
- 1–2+ years of teaching experience at a reputed university/business school is desirable.
- Candidates from Tier-I institutions, including IIMs and leading business schools , will be preferred.
- Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
