Job Role- Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 2-5 Years

Budget: 4-5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across the assigned region.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.

Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.

Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to provide suitable solutions.

Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Lead and mentor sales team members, set targets, and monitor their performance.





Conduct regular field visits and travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Robust experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management, preferably in industrial, automation, engineering, security, or access-control products.

Good understanding of entrance control systems, security solutions, automation products, or related engineering products.

Proven ability to develop sales strategies and manage sales pipelines.

Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in leading sales teams, setting targets, and mentoring team members.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Willingness to conduct on-site client visits and undertake regular field travel within the region.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
