DQS India is expanding its Social Compliance and Sustainability business and is looking for experienced APSCA-qualified auditors to join our growing team. Position Summary We are seeking experienced APSCA CSCA Qualified Social Compliance Auditors who are passionate about improving responsible business practices across global supply chains. The successful candidate will conduct social compliance audits for international brands and programs, including SEDEX/SMETA, SLCP, RBA, TfS, Higg, customer-specific supplier assessments, and other sustainability programs . Key Responsibilities The auditor will be responsible for: Conducting Social Compliance audits in accordance with APSCA requirements Performing audits against: SMETA SEDEX SLCP RBA Together for Sustainability (TfS)



Higg FSLM/FEM Customer Code of Conduct Audits Responsible Sourcing Assessments Reviewing documentation and evaluating labour practices Interviewing workers and management Preparing explicit and timely audit reports Identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities Maintaining APSCA Code of Professional Conduct Delivering audits within quality and reporting timelines Supporting witness audits and calibration activities Maintaining competence through continuous professional development QualificationsEssential Graduate in Engineering, Science, Social Science, Commerce, or equivalent APSCA Registered CSCA Auditor (Mandatory) Valid APSCA registration in good standing Excellent written and spoken English Proficiency in MS Office Preferred Postgraduate qualification Additional certifications in: ISO 45001 ISO 14001 ISO 9001 SA8000 Sustainability ESG Experience in one or more of the following programs is highly desirable: SMETA SEDEX SLCP RBA TfS Higg WRAP SA8000 Customer Code of Conduct Audits Industry Experience Preferred Apparel & Textiles Footwear Electronics Automotive Chemical Consumer Goods Manufacturing Mandatory Requirement ⚠️ Applicants must possess a valid APSCA CSCA qualification at the time of application.
