Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager (6–7+ years of experience) to manage and support end-to-end HR operations for our growing global team. This is an onsite role based in Mohali, requiring strong execution, ownership and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, startup-style setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, operations and support roles
- Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs and documentation
- Oversee onboarding and training workflows
- Monitor employee performance, KPIs and productivity
- Maintain HR records, contracts and compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement and communication across teams
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Compliance & Operations

- Research and implement driver recruitment compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeurs
- Maintain documentation related to licensing, eligibility and onboarding




- Support a basic compliance understanding across the UK, Europe, the UAE and the USA

Required Qualifications

- 6–7+ years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent management, including at least 2 years in a managerial or standalone HR role
- Proven experience in a startup or early-stage business — you've built processes rather than inherited them
- Strong experience in recruitment & onboarding
- Experience in HR operations & documentation
- Experience in employee relations
- Valuable understanding of HR policies and Indian labour compliance basics
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring tech teams (developers, QA, etc.)
- Exposure to multi-location or international teams
- Familiarity with mobility, transport or the service industry
