The key role is to build foundational elements for national competitive exams for ages 6 to 25 including logic, aptitude, analysis, inference, numerical aptitude, and mathematical and scientific conceptualisation. Role Description The STEM Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to learners at appropriate grade levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula and units, preparing instructional materials, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to help learners succeed. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, integrating hands-on activities and experiments, and maintaining a secure, inclusive classroom environment. The STEM Teacher will communicate regularly with families and stakeholders,



participate in professional development, and contribute to school initiatives that enhance STEM education. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering STEM subjects (BSc Mathematics, MSc mathematics, Integrated MSc Maths and Science is preferred) effectively in classroom settings.

- clear and simple explaining ability with using diverse materials and modes to impart understanding of fundamentals
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning experiences and supporting learner skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners and collaborate with colleagues and families.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, STEM disciplines, or a related field; teaching certification or relevant credentials are preferred.
- Ability to use instructional technology, laboratory resources, and project-based learning methods to enhance student engagement.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy and continuous professional growth.
- Experience working with school-age learners in formal or informal educational settings is an advantage.
