Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping role based in Haridwar. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Day-to-day tasks involve managing laundry duties, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest requests. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping tasks and Laundry operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is an advantage
