About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media and performance marketing campaigns.

You will work on videos for multiple D2C brands across different categories, so the ability to understand different brand styles and adapt quickly is important.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, UGC videos, and ad videos
- Create engaging Meta ad videos focused on hooks, storytelling and conversions
- Edit product videos, promotional videos and brand content
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text, sound effects and music where required
- Repurpose long-form/raw footage into multiple short-form assets
- Work closely with the creative and performance marketing team
- Understand creative briefs and implement feedback quickly
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines

Requirements





- 1–3 years of relevant video editing experience
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or equivalent tools
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends
- Understanding of Meta ad creatives and performance-oriented editing
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, typography and visual composition
- Ability to work with raw footage and create compelling narratives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
